What is your refund policy?

You will get a full refund (including the platform fee), provided you cancel with more than 48 hours notice of your session.

If you cancel your session within 24-48 hours of the scheduled session then you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if you do not attend your session you will not be eligible for a refund.
