How do I cancel my session?

To cancel your session you can simply click the cancel link in your confirmation email.

Or you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your account
2. Select the session you wish to cancel from the list
3. Click the cancel button in the top right hand corner

You must give at least 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. You may change the date & time of your session instead. Please note that if you request to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice your request may not be granted and the cancellation and refund policy will apply.
