How do I cancel my session?

To cancel your session you can simply click the cancel link in your confirmation email.

Or you can follow these steps:

1. Go to your account
2. Select the session you wish to cancel from the list
3. Click the cancel button in the top right hand corner

You must give at least 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. You may change the date & time of your session instead. Read more on our refund policy to know how we treat refunds.
