How do I pay for a booking made by my therapist?

A therapist may make a booking on your behalf. If your payment details are on record, you will be charged for the session automatically.

If your payment details are not on record or if we are unable to process the payment, you will be sent an email prompting you to provide your payment details via our secure payment platform. We will send out an SMS reminder prompting you of outstanding payment details.

Note that if you do not provide payment 48 hours before the session, your session will be automatically cancelled.  Read more on our cancellation policy.
