How do I book a session?
1. You can first use the search filters to find a therapist and click through to their profile page.
2. On their profile page, on the right hand side, you'll see the type of sessions that they offer, these can be
- Telehealth
- Chat Messaging
- Free Consultation
- In Person
3. Select your desired session type:
4. Choose a date and time that works for you:
5. Then click the 'Book' button and follow the prompts to complete your booking.
