What is the platform fee?

To help Talked run smoothly and to cover the cost of all the services we provide, such as our Australian-based customer support, qualifications and background checks for therapists, payment processing, quality control and our satisfaction guarantee, we charge a platform fee when a booking is confirmed.

The service fee is 2.5% of the therapy session fee (minimum $1, maximum $4).
