How do I change the date/time of my session?
To change the date or time of your session you can click the 'change date/time' link in your confirmation email.
Or follow these steps:
- Go to Your Account
- Select the session you wish to reschedule
- Click the "change date/time" button in the top right hand corner
Your therapist will be notified automatically of the new session time.
If your current session time is set to start within the next 24 hours you wont be able to reschedule, you'll need to message your therapist to arrange a new time.
