My webcam or microphone isn't working, now what?
Check that your webcam and microphone are turned on and that you have allowed access to them.
Visit our video test page and ensure that you are able to see yourself in the preview window. If you are not able to see yourself then make sure you have granted access to your webcam - learn how to do this in Chrome.
We recommend connecting to your video session using your laptop instead of a mobile phone, while a mobile will work it can sometimes have issues and suffer from poor connection.
Make sure all your other applications are closed, such as Zoom, Skype or Facebook.
If you are still unable to connect to your session then your therapist will call you on the mobile number you gave when booking your session, you may also send a message to your therapist.
