Are the therapists registered and qualified?

All the therapists on our platform are registered, professionally trained and belong to a regulatory body.

These regulatory bodies define the expectations and qualifications that is expected of each therapist. You can see below the memberships each therapist must belong to.

All psychologists have an active membership with either Australia Psychology Society (APS) or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA).

All counsellors have an active membership with either Australian Counselling Association or Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

All psychotherapists have an active membership with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

All Social workers have an active membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
