How do I claim my Medicare rebate?

We will process your Medicare claim for you after each session. However before we can process your claims you must have uploaded your Mental Health Plan and GP Referral to Your Account.

Once we process your claim you'll receive an email notification from us containing a receipt of the claim. Medicare will then pay your rebate directly to the bank account they have on file for you within 2 days.

Once you've uploaded your Medicare documents you'll be shown how many Medicare sessions you have remaining in Your Account and when it's time to get a new GP referral to unlock additional sessions.
