  2. Active listening: Pay close attention to clients' concerns, validating their feelings and experiences. This will help them feel heard and understood, which is essential in fostering trust.
  3. Tailored treatment plans: Develop customised treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and preferences, adjusting them as necessary over time. Clients will appreciate the personalised approach and be more likely to continue therapy. You are able to share these plans through Talked's messaging platform.
  4. Consistent support: Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings. Be consistently reliable, punctual, and attentive during sessions.
