How do I reschedule a session for a new date/time?
We ask you to try keep rescheduling to a minimum as the client has booked you with the expectation that you are available at that time.
We recommend connecting your Google calendar to help prevent future clashes.
If you have not discussed a new time with client then please follow the below steps to request reschedule. Your client may be in a different timezone than yourself, but the platform will handle these differences for you, so please just work from your own local time.
Rescheduling steps:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Find the session under the 'Upcoming Appointments' and click 'View Details'
- In the top right hand corner click the 'Reschedule' button
- Select a new date for this session and select the time you are available between (e.g. You're available on the 10th Nov between 2pm and 4:30pm)
- Add as many additional dates and times as you'd like. We recommend at least 2 options.
- Click the 'Request Reschedule' button
Your client will automatically be notified by email of this request and they will be asked to select a new date and time from your options. You will be notified by email once they have done this.
If they don't respond or reject the change please send them a message to arrange an alternative option.
Note: If you have already decided on a new date and time with your client then you can update the session date directly by clicking on the 'reschedule' button and then click the 'change the date/time' link.
