How do free consultations work?

You can allow clients to book a free 15 minute video consultation with you by enabling it in your profile settings. The session will take place using our secure video service and both you and your client will receive a confirmation email.

Offering free consultations is a great way to gain new clients. Our statistics show that 70% of clients who book a consultation will return and make a full booking.

A client can only book 1 free consultation with you.

What happens after the session?

After the session your client will receive an email prompting them to a book a follow up session with you. You may also want to message them yourself to see if they would like to book another session with you.

What if they don't show up?

Unfortunately this may happen from time to time. To help mitigate this we ask for the clients payment details and place a hold on their card. We also send them multiple email reminders before the session to confirm they are attending.

When a new consultation comes in it's worth sending your client a message to introduce yourself.

To mark the client as a 'no show' you can click the 'Did not attend' button which is shown after you leave the video session or in your dashboard when you view the session details.
