How do I book a session without my client paying?

We do not allow for full sessions to be booked in that are free and require no payment. You can however book your client in for a free consultation.

If you have forgotten to cancel a booking and it gets marked as completed, when it didn't actually go ahead, you may wish to offer your client a free session. To do this, you can cancel or reschedule the completed session for up to 7 days.

Follow the instructions to cancel a session and then you'll have the choice to either refund your client or reschedule it for a different time.
