How do I cancel a session?
We ask you to try keep cancelling to a minimum as the client has booked and paid for the session with the expectation that you are available for the session.
The client has already paid for your session, so if you want to reschedule the session please do that instead of cancelling, as refunds can take up to 5 days to process.
If you do have an extenuating reason and need to cancel, then you can do so by following these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Find the session under the 'Upcoming Sessions' and click 'View Details'
- In the top right hand corner click the 'Cancel' button
- Let your client know why you are cancelling by entering your reason
Your session will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be issued to your client.
