How do I send an intake form to my client?
Your client is automatically sent an intake form when they book a session with you. They have also agreed to the terms of service and cancellation policy.
We do not recommend sending your own intake form in addition to Talked's, as this is a duplicated effort for your client and their responses are not recorded on the platform.
Once the client has filled out the intake form, their answers are automatically updated in your dashboard. You can simply select a client to view their information and responses.
