What happens when I get a booking?

When a client books you for a session we will notify you by email.

Accept the booking

You can view all the session details in your dashboard and then accept the booking or reschedule/cancel.

Reschedule/Cancel

Since the client has booked the session with the expectation that you are available we ask you to please try keep cancelling and rescheduling to a minimum. To help with this we recommend setting up calendar syncing.

Messaging your client

Many therapists like to send their new client a message to introduce themselves. You can do this by clicking the Send Message button when viewing the client info.

Intake form

Your client is asked to fill in an intake form and you'll be able to view their responses and information in your Clients section.
