Generating Client Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for your clients and are made accessible to them via their own dashboard.

If your client is going to use the invoice to make a claim with Medicare or a Private Health insurer, then it's important that you set the invoice type for the booking, which will produce an invoice specific to that insurer.

To set the invoice type for a session:

  1. Select the client from your clients dashboard
  2. Select the session in question

  3. Select the invoice type to be the insurer that your client is claiming with. 

  4. That's it. Now when your client downloads the invoice it'll use details specific to the insurer you've selected.

Updating Insurer/Medicare Invoice Details

In order for invoices to be complete and correct you must ensure that your insurance & medicare details are up to date.

You must add your provider numbers and the item codes that are used by that insurer.
