Profile photo guidelines and requirements

Your picture is an important part of your profile because it gives clients their first impression of you.

In order for your profile to be approved your profile photo must meet our requirements. Below are some examples of good and bad profile pictures.

❌ Face not clear

❌ Showing other people

❌ Too dark

Format: JPG, GIF, or PNG
Maximum size: 3MB
Do not use blurry or unclear pictures
Do not use a photo with an animal in it (such as your pet dog)
Do not use pictures that contain other people
Do not wear sunglasses
Do not use pictures where you are too close to or far away from the camera
Do not use pictures that are too bright or dark
Do not use pictures that have commercial logos or personal contact information
