How do I increase my fees without affecting my current clients?

Often you may want to increase your fees for new clients, but have your remaining clients unaffected by the change.

To do this you must set a custom fee for each client you wish to remain unaffected. Follow the steps below to do this.

Set a custom fee for a client

1. Go to your clients dashboard and look up the client you would like to manage.

2. On the right hand side, you'll see the custom fee specified for the client, click on this to make changes. There may be multiple custom fees if you have different booking types for this client (e.g. adult, couple, teenager etc.)

   

3. You can now specify a custom fee that will be locked for this client, press Save to make the change. This client will now not be affected by any global fee changes you make.

   

4. Repeat this process for other clients you wish to lock in a custom fee.

Once you've done this for all the clients you wish to remain on a custom fee, you can then update your global fees, without the other clients being affected.
