How do I update my calendar availability?

Your calendar defines your public Availability Times so that clients can book sessions with you. You can find your calendar in the top menu when you log in to your dashboard.

How to modify your availability

Click on the green Availability Time that you wish to modify, and then click the pencil icon to edit.

If you wish to create a new Availability Time simply click on one of the empty cells.

To modify the time that you are available you can choose a new start and end time from you the drop down list. For example, you are no longer available from 2pm - 4pm. You may select 3pm from the drop list to remove an hour on your calendar. Then click "Apply to all (the day)" if this change should be repeated every week. Click "Apply to (the date) Only" if this change is a special case for this date only.

You may also select which types of appointments you accept during this Availability Time. If you only wish to accept free consultations then you can ensure only that appointment type is checked.

Please note that changing your availability will NOT affect any sessions that have already been booked.

How to delete your availability

Click on the green Availability Time that you wish to modify, and then click the bin icon to delete the Availability Time. If the time is repeated each week you can choose whether to delete just this week or all the weeks.

Please note that you must have at least one repeated Availability Time. If you are not available to work you can pause your account.

Minimum Advance Booking

By default, clients can only book sessions at least 24 hours ahead of time. This is to give yourself notice of the new session. If you wish to offer clients the ability to book sessions with less than 24 hours notice, you can do this from the Settings button (top right of the calendar).

Going on Holiday?

If you are going on holiday and wish to make yourself unavailable you can either delete your Availability Time for the weeks you are away. You may also prevent new clients or pause your account altogether from your Settings page.

How do I book a client in for a session?

You can do this by creating a session for a client. You can create a session for any date and time regardless of you the availability you have defined on your calendar.
