My client and I have agreed on a new session date/time - how do I change it?

If you have already agreed on a new date and time for a session, you can update it directly by following the below steps.

Please keep in mind your client may be in a different timezone than you when discussing alternative times.

Change session date & time:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Find the session under the 'Upcoming Appointments' and click 'View Details'
  • In the top right hand corner click the 'Reschedule' button
  • Click the 'change date/time' link
